EMASS Baseball Player of the Day for April 8th

Jeff Blout tossed a 16 strikeout, one hitter to lead Duxbury to a (16-0) pasting of Scituate in Patriot League action.
Swampscott's Hunter Gordon (10K's, 4-hitter) lead Big Blue to a (10-1) thrashing of Danvers.
Wesport's Nick Friar (6 IP, 12K's, one-hitter) propelled the Wildcats to a (10-0) shutout of Bishop Connolly.
Chris Carmain pitched a complete game, 2-hit, 10K shutout to help St. John's Prep defeat Gloucester (6-0).
Eric Fallon (CG, 2-hit shutout) paced the Walpole Rebels to a scintillating (1-0) Bay State League win over Braintree. (my thanks to the reader named savage for reminding me)
Norton's Eddie Hannon (pictured above) hurled a complete game 3 hit shutout with 10 strikeouts as the Lancers best Holliston (6-0) in Tri-valley League action.
Dylan Carnes (4 hits, Double, RBI) paced Waltham to a drubbing of Medford (21-8).
Plymouth North's Matt Walsh (3-3, HR, 4 RBI's) gave the Eagles all the offense they needed to stay undefeated as they nipped Sandwich (6-5).
Josh Chasse (3-4, 4 RBI's) provided the offensive impetus in Haverhill's (13-3) win over Methuen.
Brockton's Nick Fedor (1B, 2B, 3b, 3 RBI's) helped the Boxers to their first win of the year as they defeat Taunton (10-4).
Anthony Disciscio (4-4, 2B, 2 runs scored) propelled St. Mary's to a (11-5) drubbing of Archbishop Williams.
Coyle-Cassidy's Andy Lalli (2-run HR, 2-run 3B) powered the Warriors to a (9-5) EAC victory over Bishop Stang.
Ryan Mahan had a 3-hit, 12 K, complete game masterpiece as North Shore upended Mystic Valley (4-2).
Silver Lake's Matt Burgess (CG, 9 K's) lead the Lakers to an (8-3) win over Quincy.
Matt Boulter (CG, Win, 3-run HR) was a one man wrecking crew as Bishop Feehan nipped North Attleboro (6-3).
Durfee's Corey Laliberte pitched a 10 strikeout, 3 hitter as the Hilltoppers drubbed Dartmouth (10-1).
Bob Nadell (3-4) helped an explosive Cardinal Spellman offense to a (8-6) victory over Arlington Catholic.
Marshfield's Phil Whitaker (CG, 1-hiiter, 5 K's) hurled the Rams to a (7-0) shutout of Nauset.

How about a complete game 2 hit shutout by Eric Fallon of Walpole in 1-0 victory over Braintree? Top 9 Braintree had runners on 2nd and 3rd 1 out and Eric dug down and struck out last 2 batters.
Your right Savage. I had the link to the game story on the front page and even spent time looking for a picture to put up of him and got distracted.
