Kiki Saveriano (pictured above) was immense in the circle (3-hitter, 15 K's, 0 walks) and Alicia DiFronzo hit a solo homerun to lead #2 Lexington to a (1-0) shutout of #4 Braintree and the MIAA EMass Division 1 title.
St. Mary's Brittany Hanscom (3-4) and Erin McAndrews (2-2, 3 walks) provided the offense as the #15 Spartans rally late to defeat #1 Cohasset (4-3) to capture the MIAA EMass Division 3 championship.
